Associate Degree
The General Requirements Are:
A high school diploma or GED, and a total of two (2) years of occupational experience in a field related to the degree or area of specialization.

All Associate Degrees
A total of sixty (60) semester hours are required. A maximum of forty five (45) semester hours, earned by prior learning and experiential learning, may be accepted toward fulfilling degree requirements. Fifteen (15) semester hours must be completed with Shepperton University through either life/work experience or curriculum study.

Bachelor Degree
The General Requirements Are:
A high school diploma or GED, and a total of four (4) years of occupational experience in a field related to the degree or area of specialization, or any of the following:

A. An Associate Degree (62 hr. max), or
B. A minimum of sixty (60) semester hours of undergraduate credit,
at least thirty (30) semester hours must be in general education
(G.E.R.) courses.

All Bachelor Degrees:
A total of one-hundred twenty (120) credit hours are required. A maximum of sixty five (65) credit hours, earned by prior learning and experiential learning, may be accepted toward fulfilling degree requirements. At least sixty (60) credit hours must be completed with Shepperton University through either life/work experience or curriculum study. A term paper or project is required, unless otherwise stated.

Master Degree
The General Requirements Are:
A. A total of four (4) years of occupational experience in a supervisory career field related to the degree program undertaken, and
B. A Bachelor Degree from an institution accredited by an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the Commission of Post-Secondary Accreditation (COPA), or a state approved institution, or an educational institution approved by equivalent authorities.

All Master Degrees:
A total of fifty-four (54) credit hours are required. At least thirty (30) credit hours must be completed with Shepperton University through either life/work experience or curriculum study. A thesis or project is required, unless other wise stated.

Concurrent Bachelor/Masters Program
Shepperton University will admit qualified individuals, not having a Bachelor Degree, to a Concurrent Bachelor/Master Degree Program, if the student has previously completed at least 87% of the course work necessary for a Bachelor Degree. The student will be required to satisfy a minimum of sixty-five (65) credit hours of the 120 credit hours required for the Bachelor Degree with Shepperton University, and prior to beginning work on his/her Masters Program. A Bachelor Paper or Project and Masters thesis or project is required.

Doctorate Degree

The General Requirements Are:
A. A total of four (4) years of occupational experience in a top level supervisory or management career field, related to the degree program undertaken, and
B. A Masters Degree.
All Doctorate Degrees:
A total of forty-five (45) credit hours are required. A minimum of thirty (30) credit hours must be completed with Shepperton University through either work/life experience or curriculum study. A dissertation or project is required, unless otherwise stated.

Concurrent Master/Doctorate Program

Shepperton University will admit qualified individuals, not having a Masters Degree, to a Concurrent Master/Doctorate Program, if the student has satisfied a minimum of forty (40) credit hours of the fifty-four (54) credit hours required for the Master Degree. All Master Degree coursework must be completed prior to beginning work on the Doctorate Program. A thesis/project and dissertation/project is required, unless otherwise stated.
